Elegant and professional screw lock for the 5 pulley screws on the rear wheel
When I disassembled a Milwaukee Eight model for the first time in 2018, I couldn't believe my eyes...
The difference between the diameter of the screws and the pulley holes was 2.6mm
It was well known that the previous models also had a lot of play and that there was already major damage due to the screws loosening on their own despite Loctite and the correct torque.
So I looked for a suitable solution to secure the screws, not necessarily like a moped with a metal sheet, as this seems a bit too cheap and bending the tabs would damage the paint.
After 1 1/2 years of trying, countless prototypes and many thousands of smooth km.
The result is the Maxspyder...a really well thought-out part.

of the pulley or sprocket...so don't worry, the part won't touch anywhere.

Well, you have the choice between the fear that the screws will eventually perpetuate themselves in the swingarm and the damage can quickly run into the thousands...or the Maxspyder...where this can never happen and which is also quite successful for the eye.

Except for Touring from 2008, they don't need a Maxspyder because the pulley is mounted in rubber
And as a commendable note, all parts are bolt on, meaning plug and play. Nothing needs to be changed, drilled or flexed. The overall width does not change either, everything remains the same
